John H oakey Dies; Ex-Dickson Resident
John H Oakey, 100 Henry St Binghamton, died at the Bath NY Veterans Hospital yesterday afternoon following a 7 month illness
He was born in England and resided in Dickson City for many years before moving to Binghamton a year ago. He was a veteran of the Spanish American War.

his widow Mrs Sarah Oakey;
3 daughters: Miss Edith Oakey, DIckson City; Mrs Florence Pfefferkorsn, Fort Atkinson Wis; and Miss Naomi Oakey, Starlight;
4 sons: Albert, Dickson City; John, Throop; Ralph, Chicago; & Harold, Fort Atkinson Wis;
one sister Mrs Rose Schmidt, Dickson City
The funeral will be from the Howard Snowdon Funeral Home, 1810 Sanderson Ave, Tuesday afternoon at a time to be announced
