Elizabeth A Kruper, 64, Milton
Retired seamstress
MILTON — Elizabeth A “Betty” Kruper 64, of 11 Spottswood Drive died Wednesday 21 feb 1996 at her home following a brief illness.
Born Oct 14, 1931 in Pickville, Mrs Kruper was a daughter of the late Carroll and Charlotte (Lewis) Kruper. Mrs Kruper was married sep 6, 1952 to Joseph Kruper.
Mrs Kruper was a 1949 graduate of Olyphant High School
A seamstress most of her life, Mrs Kruper retired from New Quaker, Mifflinburg.
Mrs Kruper was Presbyterian
In addition to her husband, surviving are:
one son Joseph Jr of Alexandria VA;
2 daughters: Debra A Moore of Selinsgrove and Linda S Brown of Milton;
2 grandchildren
one brother Carroll Lewis of Montrose;
3 sisters: Dorothy Loftus of Leechburg, Margaret Moore of Eastville VA, and Charlotte Jones of Florida
2 half sisters: Evelyn Bartasavick of Montdale, and Mary Ann Booth of Lake Ariel
2 half brothers: Robert Lewis of Archibald, and William Lewis of Peckville;
and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs Kruper was preceded in death by one sister, Shirley Lewis in 1994.
The funeral will be conducted at 10 am at the Dale E Ranck Funeral Service 127 N Front St by the Rev Thomas Scala of St Joseph’s Catholic Church, Milton. Burial will be in Milton Cemetery.
Visitors may call from 7 to 9 pm Sunday at the fineral home
