Note regarding the images for the states of PA, MD, VT, and DE. These four states were scanned at the National Archives facility in such a way that the back of one person’s draft card appears on the same image as the front of the next individual. The result is that when you click to view the original image, you will see the correct front side of the draft card, but the back of the previous soldier’s card. Ancestry is aware of this problem, and is working quickly to correct this issue.
per Lloyd Wright’s email:
I haven't yet given you a rundown on the descendants of Thomas Price (Esau's
brother). I'll give you what little I have, at least a couple of
generation's worth...
Thomas PRICE, b. 1857 in Merthyr, Glamorgan, Wales. He married Elizabeth
DAVIES, married c. Nov 1879 in Pontypridd, Glamorgan, Wales, b. 1862 in
Merthyr, Glamorgan, Wales.
I. William Thomas PRICE, b. 17 Jul 1880 in Treorchy, Ystradyfodwg,
Glamorgan, Wales, d. 23 Sep 1956. He married (1) Daisy (UNKNOWN), b. 1883,
d. 1915, buried 1915 in Taylor, PA, USA. He married (2) Charlotte Ann FRYE,
b. 25 Mar 1887, (daughter of George FRYE and Elizabeth REYNOLDS) d. 17 Apr
1967.
A. Adelbert PRICE, b. 1915, d. 1915, buried 1915 in Taylor, PA, USA.

This is all from family records or (mostly) memories, so I don't have any
hard documentation for any of the above. Good chance some of the names are
misspelled or worse.
Just a few amplifying comments:
1) As you can probably infer from the above, William Thomas Price's first
wife (Daisy) died in childbirth, or complications from same, and the baby
died as well. Mother and baby (her only child, Adelbert) are buried in the
same grave in Taylor, PA.
2) George (my wife's father) does not remember ever meeting his Aunt Edith,
and remembers Edith's daughter Peggy living with her grandparents. Whether
this was just some temporary state, or whether Peggy was orphaned somehow,
isn't clear from this memory.
3) As I may have mentioned before, I am not at all confident that this is
complete even in regard to the children of Thomas and Elizabeth, let alone
the next generation. The only part that I am pretty confident of is the
children of William Thomas Price.
