Elizabeth was the daughter of David and Margaret Williams from Eglurisilan, Wales and had siblings: Mary Ann, Evan, John, and Edward . She married George Terrell about 1873 and they had 4 children but only 2 survived: Lucille "Lucy" and Harry. Lucy was born in Saskatchewan and Harry in Pennsylvania. After George's death in 1916 in Michigan, she lived with Harry in Duluth, Minnesota and then Elizabeth moved to California with her daughter.

Mrs Margaret Williams for more than 15 years a resident of Olyphant, died Sunday morning at the home of her daughter Mrs Jacob Jenkins of Delaware street, after a lingering illness. Deceased was a member of the Calvinistic Methodist church and esteemed by a large circle of friends for her charitable disposition. She is survived by the following sons and daughters:
Mrs John Steed and Mrs Jacob Jenkins of this place;
Mrs GF Williams of Michigan;
Mrs Davis Francis of Illinois;
Mrs T Cadman and Mrs L Jenkins of Wales;
Richard and John Williams of Washington DC;
and Edward Williams of Wales.
The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon. Internment will be made in Union Cemetary.
