Born in Scranton, son of the late Gerald & Ethel Halloran Hennigan. Twenty year navy veteran. Also survived by five daughters, Patricia, Paula & Carolyn at home; Mrs Margaret Knack of Coyer, TX & Mrs Dorothy Bowser of Greenville, NC; three sons, Michael, John & Charles, all of Virginia Beach; three sisters, Mrs Kay Oakley & Mrs Ann Mancusso (sic -- mother's obit had said Mancuso), both of Fayetteville, NC; Mrs Dorothy Walsh of Newark, DE; four brothers, Joseph & James of Levittown; Robert of Huntingdon Valley & Gerald of Saratoga Springs, NY.
