his wife Jane full aplicable ?? title and ?? of ?? of his estate at the park afr. during her widowhood also all his household furniture to her own ue and ?? and also the yearly annuity of the 5th to be paid by ???? out of the rents and profits of his ??hold premises at Alston in the county of Cumberland which he then hold under mortgage or in care the mortgage should be paid of then out of the interest of the mortgage money out at interest to be paid to her during her widowhood.
Test bequeaths to his son Thomas Madgen his ?? to all his ????? at Alston and the mortgae money interest on the same and all benefit raising therefrom subject to the annuity as afre.
Test gives to his said son Thos all the residue of his goods and chattels that should remain in his execs hands after payment of his debts funeral and testamintary charges.
Test says that he has nothing to leave to his son William he being then already provided for as well as circumstances allow.  He appoints his exec guardian of his two sons Tho and Wm Madgen till such time as the attain their ages to chose their own guardian.
Test directs ?? guardians to pay the rents ?? profits and interest money due to his sons to them and their mother in such ways and at such times and in such proportions and under such restrictions in all respects and they ?? guardians should direct and think might be most for their benefit and advantage.
