I Stanhope Sanderson of the city of Exon?Gem? do give all my ….. lands ?tenorments? and … whatsoever both real and personal to John Twhake of Soskoard Espquire and Isugh Bownman of Alphington Esquire their … executors and admors in trust to be sold to the best purhasor or puschaor that can be got for the same and therewith to all my jusr debts and to plate the ocerplus of the money to arise by sale thereof out at interest on real securities or in the public funds at his or their discretion until my son and daughter Charles and Jane shall attain their age or ages of twenty one years and to apply the interest and profits thereof in the fraintimar and education hereby giving power to my said trustees to bestow and apply any part of the provision made for my said son and daughter in … them of either of them to any ?housings? or professions at their discretion and froma nad after their attaining their respective ages of twenty one years then I do hereby direct the overplus of the money to arises by sale as aforesaid shall be divided between them

Esquire dyed ?soized? is now vested in me as the only actinf trustee under the last will and testament of the said John ?Pomloft? for the purposes therein mentioned therefore I do devise then said legal Estate of and in all and singular the same premies and all and every the trust and trusts vested in me by the said will and all and every other legal estate trust or trusts vested in me of and in any manors mofsuages lands and Lscreditoments whatsoever and?..ever for any use or uses trusts or purposes whatsoever into the said Isugh Downing Esq for his speirs or afsigns to the use of him his speirs or afsigns for ever But upon the same trusts and for the same purpoese and for the benefit of such or the same persons for whia the same were originall treated and further I will and direct that my said trustees and eecutors shall and amy at their discretion compound with any debtor or debtors to my said estate and take such satisfaction as can be procured by such composition in discharge of such debt or debts respectively and also to submit to arbitrarion any difference or dispute which may arise in and about my estates and Toureous and to perform the award of such arbitrators of umpire and I do declare that my said trustees shall only be accountable foe their own acts and not for the acts of one another and shall be always indemnified in whatsoever the shal respectively howfully do in the execution of the trusts to informed in the my will and I do release my mother and sister from any demands I may have against them and I do herby revoke any former will by me heretofore made and declare these presents to be and maintain my last will and testament and lastly I do hereby devise that the care tuition and guardianship of both my said children be left to my sister in law Elizabeth Score and the said Isugh Downman unitl they shall … attain their respective age of 21 years and do ….. their care and attention to this my appointment for the benefit and happiness of my said children ….whereof I have heremit set my hand and seal and published the same to be my last will this 17th day of December 1764 -Stanhope Sanderson- signed sealed published and … by the said Stanhope Sanderson as law for his last will and testament in the presence of witnesses
