ROWE, Penelope Richardson, July 21, 1949 to January 10, 2002. Daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Rowe (Cincinnati, Ohio) is survived by her son, Sebastian Sackson, (Tucson, Arizona); daughter, Emily Fabrocini (San Francisco, CA); sisters, Sanderson R. Orr (Cincinnati, Ohio) and Rebecca R. Wyman; and brothers, Basil Rowe (Cincinnati, Ohio) and Wallace Rowe (Ft. Pierce, Florida); nieces, Jessica Williams, Mimi Manzler (Nashville, Tennessee), Samantha and Tiara Wyman; and nephews, Mark (A.J.) Wyman and Jim Orr (Nashville, Tennessee); and an uncle, William Woodin Rowe (Vero Beach, Florida).
Penny was the ”sweetest, kindest person we know” say her sisters. She was a free spirit and made a difference in all the lives she touched. She loved painting, and spent most of her life painting in Los Angeles, Israel and Tucson, Arizona. Contributions may be given to any charitable art organization.
Services will be held at BRING’S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E. Broadway, Tucson, AZ on Thursday, January 17 at 2:00 p.m
