MRS WILLIAM H WOODIN
Elizabeth Foster Woodin Died at her home in Berwick last Thursday evening, after a protracted illness, aged 80 years, 6 months, and 27 days. She was the widow of William H Woodin of the firm of Jackson & Woodin who were the original owners of the Berwick car shops. She was born at Catawissa in 1821, and was a sister of the late Mrs Joseph Sharpless and George Foster of Bloomsburg. Three children survive her:
Clemuel R Woodin
and Mrs Eudors W Hanley of Berwick
and John F of Arkansas.
The funeral was held on Sunday afternoon, serviced being conducted by Rev RH Gilbert of the ME Church of which the deceased was an earnest and consistant member.
